Sales agent was excellent, very professional and helpful and tried his very best to help but….
The dealership knowingly and dishonestly concealed damage to the windscreen AFTER I had inspected the vehicle. There was no mention of the potentially dangerous damage when I collected the car. I would expect this from some rouge back street trader but NOT from a main dealer. The damage has been repaired but is still visible and will always be a weak spot. Very disappointed.
